Sara
We love Kitos at Woodseats, you have to book, but its intimate, the food is excellent and the service warm but discrete. It's one of Sheffield's best kept secrets! Alternatively, If you want somewhere a little more upmarket in terms of cuisine, try Seasons http://www.seasonsbistrosheffield.co.uk/ most excellent! And a step up from that - Rafters http://www.raftersrestaurant.co.uk/

twinky1
Greenhead House at Chapeltown, excellent food and service - you usually have to book well in advance, also The Peacock Restaurant (used to be Charlie Williams's home)near Birdwell is a lovely place with very good food and service plus it is take your own alcohol which works out much cheaper.
