She usually keeps me abreast with the female members of staff. I remember you told me about Mr. Sale after I'd told you about his teaching Geoff Boycott in West Yorkshire. I agree, hoping *fingers x'd" that no news is indeed good news. She's in her Eighties or Nineties, IIRC, isn't she(?) so it's not a good age to be having nasty falls. If Ms Beech is in regular contact with her, do ask that she tell Mrs Cary that former HSS pupils were asking after her welfare, after hearing about the accident, and wishing her well.
