WintersMist
Hmmm that's a hard question, as they are all a bit pantaloons! Ummm I would say the Prince, only because it's cleaner than the rest. We ought to go down Eccie Rd a bit to Hunters Bar, cos the clear joint winners would be The Lescar, for its general front room riff raff and laughter + it's been the same since I was 15! The other honorble winner is the Porter Brook, great atmosphere and tasty grub, good for not making you feel like you have lost a fashion show too! So what bout Hunters Bar??? YakQueudrue
None of the S11 pubs, or the Lescar or the Porter Brook are a patch on the Porter Cottage. Best pub in Sheffield if you ask me. Chilled out, always busy, friendly, well priced, good music, fit birds, it's got the lot.
nigsmig
how can you be so remiss as to not include the vine?? - thats s11 innit? - you meet all life there and after a couple of pints of addlestones you don't care!

It's full of new age tramps and students smoking poor quality weed, and sad 30 something blokes who try to be 'down with the kids' in their dated tye dye clothes and dogs on strings! Lescar is truly a dirty hovel for reprebates and scummers!!
