So black swans don't invalidate the generalisation because most swans are still white. So its "merit" is one of ignorance and not accuracey. Is that what you are saying. They should be treated as such. Any generalisation is not an accurate representation of the facts and is therefore the tool of a lazy mind which is unconcerned with a just appraisal being made.
