sjquimby Posted October 24, 2006 Share Posted October 24, 2006 Hullo As many of you know this years beer festival was being held at St Phillips club for the final time due to it changing ownership (and possibly being knocked down). Sheffield CAMRA are now looking for somewhere to hold next years event. So if you know somewhere that is easy to get to and can hold all of the beer, 500+ people and a band could you let us know so we can start planning early and put on an even better event. Pretty sure they had good resaons for moving out of there though. I know cost will be an issue, but its to be hoped that somewhere that isn't an embarrasing, stinking dive like St Philip's is chosen for the Steel City Beer Fest.
