pinknsparkly Posted October 29, 2006 Share Posted October 29, 2006 anyone around who went to crookesmoor infants/juniors school around this time? i was at infants and juniors. beautiful old stone buildings at the bottom of crookesmoor rd. remember mrs hornsey? cant remember the name of my other fave teacher from there, i remember her being a very glamourous lady,welsh connections i think,she had a daughter called sian. also remember the 'nurse' mrs marshall. and the caretaker mr nash.he had a gate from the 'top yard' into his back garden. i remember well the dancing games in the bottom yard , all singin 'she rocked in the treetops allday long....................'and not beein able to join in the handstands upto the wall in the girls yard cos i couldnt stand on me hands upside down!! happy days!!!
