I just wonder why, after Allen stated he wanted someone with experience of taking a team from Championship to Premier, has he chosen a man whose only experience is two promotions from the bottom league, and one relegation to the bottom league. If it doesn't work out, will Allen admit he got it wrong, or will he find some way of blaming the fans/team/rest of the board (delete as applicable).
