hca02lh
We're hoping to have a hog roast at our wedding reception next year - does anyone know of a good hog roast company in or around Sheffield?
discodown
why don't you do it yourselves? its not too hard all you need to do is hire the equipment and get the pig
Bago
Where do you get the pig from ? Do you get it directly from the local farmer ? If so, who kills it then ?

Olive
We had one at a work's do last summer. It was really very good and the chap did all the other catering as well (which was also good). PM me, and I'll send the his name and address. Haven't got a number though, although I'm sure you could look it up. Having seen it done, I wouldn't recommend trying to do it yourself, I would have thought the equipment would be expensive to hire and it takes hours to do - not something you'd necessarily want to do when you've got all the other prep to take care of. Good luck
Bago
See, how come such thing doesn't exist in the Continental Markets ? It may draw the crowd, you know... I'm thinking of big family dos as well. Instead of separate roast dinners, it'll be good to have a big one !
