bkcin
Try The Field, they have such songs as 'City of Steel' and 'Division Street'. Very decent band and a good bunch of lads aswel. http://www.myspace.com/thefielduk http://www.thefielduk.com

threads
Yep. Long Blondes have style and intelligence and good tunes. Which is all very well.. 'Little Man Tate' are the exact opposite. Sorry! Viva High Rollers are old hat but damn good at it. Current quality are Meat For A Dark Day - and Navvy - and The Yell. (um -In my opinion!) Hunterface
Having very limited knowledge I would say Little Man Tate, for their sound and lyrics. I believe that you are mistakenly referring to The MOON here.

Merry_Legs
Can you tell us a little about them Urban_Pebbles? What sort of stuff do they do? Where can we see them play next? http://www.myspace.com/brackenhill I saw them recently at The Howard and The Frog and Parrot. They're quite rocky with some nice melodies and a variety of old and new influences. It was nice to see a band who were not the usual cod Arctic Monkeys. I think they're playing the Hubs next.
