bornandbred
Thinking of trying La Mancha on West Street one Sunday evening and can't find any recent reviews. Has anyone been lately?
Hanski
Been quite a few times, it's fairly cheap, but you get what you pay for - food is average, if you are really into tapas you may be disappointed:(
pero12
i think like quite a few places on west street its more of a "lining your stomach" kind of establishment before a night out. its not great but its not super awful either. a bit like this -->
Ptraci
Agree with the other posters, it's probably okay if you're in a group and want somewhere friendly and suitable for parties. The food is dull at best and the wine v poor. Not somewhere for a classy romantic night out.
PuressenceUK
You'd be much better off trying Spinrocs in Crookes or Cubana on Trippet Lane if you like Tapas.
nuttygirl
I actually thought that for £4-6 PER TAPA it was extortionate! The food was okayish, but with the drunken loud birthday parties/hen nights that go on there it wouldn't be my choice to return.
Colmanspig
i've been a few times. it was very good when i went for my birthday15 guests. serive was quick and nothing was messed up. I've tryed a number of the Tapas dishes The food is fine. better value than cubana IMO. the meet balls were nice when i went the ribs were okay. the corriander/lime sardines are just great. the house red is a bit rank, but then its quite cheap. over all i'll go back. good for partyds or informal dinning, no pretentions, decent food. not a chain, not paying though the nose
BRINGITON
I thought the food wasn't that bad but hated the place itself, like being a Benidorm theme bar - **** holiday music played too loud with tacky sombreros & Spanish guitars on the walls.
