zoboz111
i just read a thread about mail and wondered what time your post gets to you and how you feel about it ?
pumatic
Haven't the faintest idea, it's usually there when I get back from work. Can't say that I care really, most of it's junk anyway.
silversculpt
It varies! It depends on which postie is delivering on that 'walk'. I've had it as early as 7.45 and as late as 12.45!! So its totally random and i cant rely on it, other than guessing it'll be there at some time!
Blade1983
comes about midday I think. Doesn't really make a difference to me. Unless it came before I leave for work (around 8am), I'm only going to be able to pick it when I get back from work anyway - so it could come at 4pm and it wouldn't make too much of a difference! I can't say it bothers me now i'm used to it, well unless i'm waiting for something important then it drives me mad . Do giro's still come in the post because my friend used to hate the post been late....
Super Hans
Has this changed at all? With the budget cuts? Are people getting their post later now?
medusa
Ours usually arrives between 9.30 and 10.30, which is fine with me and means getting out of bed to answer the door less often than it did when it arrived before 7am. The postie people who deliver to my house work damned hard (if only because, in the words of my OH, 'oh no, she's bought the internet again!) and as long as the post gets to me, I don't mind what time it gets to me. Being predictable in timing is a good thing though, because if I'm waiting for a parcel being predictable allows me to plan my day around being in to receive it.
