Should I just guess how much I owe them? Are there any other points you've completely missed that you'd like me to go over again? And RazorSharp (presumably an ironic joke) who mentioned bad debt? I said I pay by direct debit. I cancelled it to stop them taking the monthly payment as well as the outstanding amount - fairly standard practice I think you'll find. When I switched suppliers I left my dd open so that they could take out what I owed them...I had no problems switching related to switching..maybe the two are related ?
