Marmite Man
Quite right GazB! The gym should be yours, and yours alone. Those helpless feckers with their resolutions, looking red and lardy simply tie up your cross-trainer and arse-press don't they. Damm to them all! They'll all be gone by March though so you can look at yourself again.

hmr44
Try something like yoga or pilates? I've been getting into exercise for the past couple of months but I think I've been straining myself a bit. I seem to be a binge exerciser cos once I get a flat tummy and I feel fit I stop! But after all those Christmas treats, I'm getting MORE curves I bought a pilates video the other day and it's good, a little boring but it's ok! Mini_Cooper
Hi ChefKicker Totally agree with you, Kickboxing is excellent I think you need to state the dates and times of all the beginners classes as people getting fit in the new year would be interested in these. Excellent classes, recomend this method of keeping fit

GazB
Never done it myself (obviously) but have you looked into pole dancing classes? Apparently, due to the amount of time lifting your own body weight it's REALLY good for shaping up! I know loads of girls that would choose it over getting on the treadmill everyday.
