Fudbeer
Well i would like to have a go but i am so unfit at the moment. You think theres enough time to get fit for it? Depends how unfit you are how far can you run at the moment? some people do seem to walk most of it the sweep bus goes after 3 hours. with 4 months of training time to go plenty of time to improve your fitness and it is very rewarding

designbunny
If you are thinking of running the Sheffield Half Marathon or 3k Fun Run, please consider raising money for Sheffield Wildlife Trust. The charity is one of the official beneficiaries this year, and is appealing for runners to take part. The Trust is making it easy for you to collect sponsorship money - set up your own web page today here - http://www.justgiving.com/charity/more_events.asp?FundraiserId=182566 You can register for the marathon online now at http://www.sheffieldmarathon.com
Fudbeer
4 months? It's not enough if your running skills are low. ------------------------------------ people pc online http://www.broadband-comparison.net/dial_up.html thats why i asked how far she can run and how unfit she was agreed if she can not run a reasonable distance and is not used to excercise it is not long enough. However if she is used to running and has just let it drop a bit then it may be possible bearing in mind you can walk run it Either way best to follow a schedule and its probably a good idea to check with your doctor first. Just my opinion and I am no expert!
