cagn4y
Hi guys, Happy New Year to you all, hope to see you down at the centre. train hard, train safe http://www.sheffieldmartialartscentre.co.uk what would you recommend for somone whos' trained but is currently out of shape? where would be the best palce to start in terms of regaining fitness? i'm sure a lot of people making 'new year's resolutions' must be concerned about the fitness side and not being able to cope, initially at least. jay_kd
i would recommend you or they train with me LOL, it comes down to what you like or what you want to do martial arts for, go and try as many as you can not just watch, try a few classes before you join if the club has a membership programe. you train at your pace then build up, come to the C.F.A phase 1 sessions and you will be fine. hope to see you training with us soon
