oingy
Hi, I'm a middle age woman (not fit at all) and as the new year resolution I would like to go some place to learn to dance (something simple to start with but fun) my hubby will not join me so dances without partner would suit best, any idea apart from line dancing? just for fun and relaxation not for competitions, please suggest some places oingy:thumbsup:

outandabout
I am interested in line dancing classes for someone and was looking in the abbeydale road road, millhouses area?
Jellyfish
Why don't you try bellydancing? You can google boomshanka bellydance - they are based in Heeley. Very friendly easy going group - all ages - I think you can do performances if you want.
Ade65
Hi, There's City Limits at Commonside - I have no personal experience, but I know people who go regularly and think it's fab! Ade
susiepoosie
There's a really good modern jive class run at Crookes WMC weds and thurs. Begs and intermediate classes and you don't have a fixed partner so it's easy if you go on your own. Varying age ranges and level of dancer go and it's friendly and lots of fun!
