Fit for It Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 Exercise should be fun so why not try my circuit training class. Circuit training is a great way to get fit and you never get bored. You do each exercise for 1 minute and then move onto the next one. There's also some surprise exercises thrown in for good measure when you least expect it. It's a really friendly group and will help you get through the winter months when you least feel like exercising. Every Thursday from 7.00 pm until 8.00 pm at the Hillsborough Park Sports Arena, Middlewood Road. Only £3.00 per session or only £10.00 if you book for 4 sessions. The first session after Xmas is on Thursday 4th January 2007. We'll all be in the same boat - feeling the winter blues - so let's start the New Year with a bang. Fit for It Posted January 4, 2007 Author Share Posted January 4, 2007 Hi There is some music but it's not unnecessarily loud and whether it's annoying depends on personal taste but it's not a constant mind-numbing beat if that's what you mean.
