All time favourite Owls team

I loved the side of the early mid 90's. A side full of internationals, many of them England.

 

I don't think you can call yourself a proper top flight side until you have a good few internationals - and by internationals I don't mean Irish, as anyone with a dodgy Grandma can get into those sides.

Can't remember Maradona going on to almost single handedly helping

Leeds to the old Div 1 championship and Man U to 4 Prem titles. :hihi:

 

The thing I always say about Cantona and Wednesday is this-had we have signed him, I dont believe we would have signed Waddle(PBUH), and in that first season at Hillsborough in particular, I wouldnt have swapped the Waddler for any other player in the country.

 

How he never got an England recall, playing the way he did, was a crime.
