Take away the points they notched-up under McAuley, before Laws's appointment, and the Owls wouldn't be much higher than they were under Sturrock. Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws: "We gave away two stupid goals but created some chances in the second half and on another day we might have taken them. We were poor in the first half but a half-time rollicking from me got the message across and we were much improved. "We know we have not won for months and the longer it goes on the more of a concern it is. "There are positives to be taken out of the match - including a good debut by Mark Beevers. He is only 17 and I am delighted for him and his family. But I felt some of the other players tried to compensate for him because they were nervous about him. Oh have you forgotting what you told me about the time when you picked up a pro and went back to her place. She asked you to put the hardest part of your body in the place that she peed and it took Toronto's finest two hours to get your head out of the bog. Do you remember when we met up for beers and got approached by them 2 pros ? You left in your car with the rotunder one and i got left with the Angelina Jolie lookalike.
