Haha, why 34? Are you 33 and trying to protect yourself? I think it depends on the venue and type of night. There's plenty of places I'd be happy to go clubbing if I was 40-odd, but there are some nights - especially the student meat-market kinds full of drunken 18-year-olds - that I avoid partly because I feel old and out of place, and I'm 25.
