Does anyone teach Judo?

I would say that glasses would have to be a no-no in any contact sport.

These sports are a bit differant from football and the like in that it is close work mostly.

 

*Generally* and in my expirience of numerous Karate/Judo clubs, Judo is certainly more physical from earlier on in the learning process.

Karate at the same Venue on fridays from 3-30pm to 7-30pm.

Hi, and thanks for all the advice,

 

Dinger, I'm so sorry to have hijacked your thread

 

We went along to watch both last night at the leisure centre, and he's chosen to do Karate...He was a little worried by the judo when they started tumbling. I let it be his choice completely. :thumbsup:
