There will be someone on the door with a list of e-ticket purchasers, and they will just cross you off the list once you've presented them with your print out. You buy the tickets through our the Plug website or over the phone from Plug's box office, then we email you out an e-ticket confirmation with a unique serial number. You just print this out and bring it to the gig on the night. We have a printout on the door with the names and e-ticket numbers for all the people who have purchased tickets, you just show us your printout, we cross you off, and you're done. Just in case you're wondering, we do still have some tickets left for the second Jarvis date (Thursday 15th February) but we expect that to sell out very soon.
