Cis_H
Don't worry about missing the first couple of lessons - you should be able to fit in, as the class is pretty new so everyone will be taking it pretty easy and there will be plenty of repetition (I have been teaching similar classes in Hillsbro' for just over a year and there are always new people coming along, its not a problem) - Lianne is lovely and very patient. As for what to wear - a long full skirt is nice but not essential and likewise a scarf or shawl to tie round the hips - go along and see what everyone else has. The long scarf that she said would be used is for veil work - I found that a sarong from the beach wear section of Primark did very well and only cost a couple of quid! Enjoy the classes Cis
SafetyPin
I've got to say I was really glad I went: I'm not exactly a natural dancer but it was fun, I shall be making my own coin belt soon I think. Was anybody else in this discussion actually there last thursday?..
