Weeowen Posted February 11, 2007 Share Posted February 11, 2007 MICROWAVE JAMBALYA .I quite like this one; 1 tin of chopped toms Easy cook long grain rice (above can full) Hot vegetable stock(Marigold is nice) can full Garlic glove ,crushed Tom' puree,just a tablespoon Mix all the ingredients in a Large microwaveable bowl.Cover with cling film and pierce. Microwave on high for 10 mins Stir and add a small amount of frozen peas/sweetcorn.Season to taste, Microwave on high for 10 mins. Finally give it add a little fresh chopped parsley,stir and leave to stand for a few minutes.I sometimes add cooked chicken or prawns to it as well.
