We're a 9-piece funk band who have gigged extensively around Sheffield last year (with some prestigious bookings under out belt), and we already have dates booked throughout 2007, including a tour of Eastern Europe. Our permanent drummer recently left, so... we need an excellent funk drummer - ability to show off/do solos etc. is not essential, but the ability to maintain a tight groove and lock in with the rest of the rhythm section definitely is. Also essential is a love of funk music and a good vibe. In return we can offer good gigs and good times.
