Vickie has been teaching for many years and her skills as a teacher and practitioner have inspired many a yogi to both deepen and further enhance their practice. Vickie’s style of teaching is appealing to all and we feel that everyone will benefit from her unique insight in to the yogic world and ability to make yoga accessible to all. We encourage and welcome you to take part in a truly inspirational workshop. Who: The workshop is suitable for everyone, except complete beginners. When: Sunday, 4th February 13:00 – 16:00. Where: Yoga Shala Sheffield, 224 – 230 London Road (entrance off Cecil Square, by the side of the ‘Bounty’ furniture shop). Cost: £12.50 in advance, £15 on the day.
