I did a class once and really enjoyed beating seven bells out of the thin air and would like to pick it up again on a regular basis... Does anyone know somewhere in sheffield that does it & how much it is to attend? If not can anyone recommend any similer activites to help a not so active girl to get fit? Thanks! Lianndi Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 I believe the Burton Street project and the Upperthorpe living centre may both have boxercise classes at reasonable prices. Additionally, S10 [sheffield Uni gym] may also have classes available - but are a bit pricier. That's all I know off the top of my head....
