fr8neck
My handwriting is rubbish: you'd think it was a six year olds'. What's the best way to improve it? And what with?...a biro, a fountain pen...? Any advice gratefully received.

muddycoffee
The best way to ruin handwriting is to go to University. You have to write so fast to keep up in lectures, even people with a beautiful copper plate hand finish up with handwriting that looks like a mess. If you want to improve your hand you should forget a pen and go back to a pencil and write much slower. A biro or fountain pen will make it more smudgy. Helly
I think the best place to start is how you hold your pen and how hard you press on.
