I have found links on here for the 1901 census but my house or theirs wasn't even built then! Built in 1940s. I have searched for 1971 cenus but there doesnt seem to be an address search. Your best bet is to go to the local studies department in the central library (if you live in Sheffield) they have electoral rolls for lots of years, and may have the ones you want.
