kay_cee
You're welcome SWFC, just to clarify, it's not exclusively for kids, but I do know of a 14 year old who goes there and loves it.

When I was a member of Concord gym they had sessions when kids could go but they could only use CV equipment, they were not allowed to use free weights or resistance equipment. I'll second that, it's a good scheme at ponds forge. also there's Sam at Hallamshire Squash and Tennis, she runs a club for 11-14 year old on Saturdays, and they can become full members of the gym when they are 14. Grandad.Malky
Don’t introduce kids to weights and resistance training to early, the restrictions that are in place at concord and presumable at other SIV are there to protect young developing bones and muscles.
