price Posted February 12, 2007 Share Posted February 12, 2007 As I am over 3 years old I wonder if anyone could advise me where I can get a "fitness M.O.T." It may sound daft but that's the only way I can describe what I mean. Perhaps anyone who works at a Fitness Club can advise me on the proper term. I have in mind muscle condition/strength, lung capacity (cough,cough) and general condition,vague I know,but I hope someone can help.Oh, and how much would it cost???
