Here is our new Bar menu LIGHT BITES & SNACKS ivory daily soup made fresh everyday and served with warm bread homemade nachos with melted cheese topped with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and spring onions oriental king prawn wrapped in filo pastry & served with sweet chilli dip thai seafood parcels served with hoi sin breaded cajun chicken served with a sour cream dip sauté mushrooms With garlic, thyme & double cream king prawns in chilli garlic butter tortilla del casa traditional spanish potato and onion omelette patatas bravas spicy potatoes cooked with tomatoes and chilli manchego cheese with fresh tomatoes and olive oil chorizo with red onions and red wine SANDWICHES hathersage ham with melted cheese and Dijon on thick-cut toasted bread field mushroom baked in garlic and served with melted cheese and Dijon on Thick-cut toasted white bread smoked salmon with cucumber & lemon mayonnaise served on toasted ciabatta sirloin steak baguette served with red onion marmalade and rocket roasted med veg served on a toasted ciabatta with humous and feta cheese. herbed chicken fillet with smoked bacon and sun blushed tomatoes on toasted ciabatta IVORY SPECIALITY BURGERS ivory blue cheese burger with melting served on toasted ciabatta ivory bean burger with humous served on toasted ciabatta spicy tuna & chickpea burger on toasted pitta bread with tzatziki HOME COOKING ivory sausages served with bubble and squeak a red wine and onion gravy (vegetarian option also available with cauldron speciality sausages and vegetarian gravy) roasted red pepper gnocchi in a red pesto sauce topped with manchego cheese spiced lamb meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce infused parpadelle pasta with parmesan shavings smoked chicken parpadelle cooked in a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce & garlic field mushrooms with parpadelle pasta pancetta hash with crispy potatoes, topped with poached eggs fishcakes tuna & mozzarella fishcakes served on a mixed salad pub style steak and chips 8oz prime sirloin cooked to your liking served with hand-cut fat chips, flat mushrooms & tomatoes SALADS chicken and chorizo salad served with new potatoes and wilted spinach mediterranean cous-cous and melted feta on a bed of spinach leaves pan-fried smoked chicken asparagus and new potato salad with french dressing grilled goats cheese salad served with black olives, sun blushed tomatoes and balsamic dressing flaked salmon nicoise salad dressed with pesto dressing wok tossed thai vegetable salad with lime and chilli tiger prawns warm potato gnocchi salad with smoked pancetta shaved parmesan and French dressing. mcgarry Posted February 13, 2007 Author Share Posted February 13, 2007 We've also changed our restaurant menu too , not quite the new beginning just more of the same great ideas, Moroccan spiced lamb meatballs served with wild rice and a sweet onion sauce smoked haddock and spinach potato cakes served with warm hollandaise pan fried tiger prawns served in a thai noodle broth breaded pequillo peppers stuffed with cream cheese alongside a cool tzatziki dip spicy chicken and chorizo skewers served on dressed mixed leaves soup of the day served with warm bread baked garlic field mushrooms with spinach in a mornay sauce served with warm bread sirloin steak wrapped serrano ham served on bubble and squeak with a red wine gravy seabass fillet with a pine nut crust served with Sautéed courgettes and new potatoes with a tomato, olive and caper sauce roasted duck breast served on wok tossed thai vegetables and ribbon noodles pan fried red snapper fillet served on crushed dill potatoes with a creamy white wine sauce cloudy cider battered monkfish fillet served with hand cut chips and homemade minted mushy peas supreme of corn fed chicken stuffed with sunblushed tomatoes served on a chorizo and bean cassoulet roasted butternut squash and garlic mushroom parpadelle pasta in a blue cheese and walnut sauce roasted rack of lamb served with dauphinoise potatoes and a redcurrant jus creamy wild mushroom and tarragon risotto topped with melted stilton goats cheese and red onion marmalade on a puff pastry tartlet served with olive and sunblushed tomato salad Sides hand cut chunky chips chargrilled provencal vegetables mixed salad dauphinoise potatoes mange tout and sun blushed tomatoes We will be changing our Restaurant menu every two months in order to give you our customers different choice and great meals every time you visit us Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
