If you aren't going to go to a licensed tattoo artist then how on earth can you expect to get a good tattoo that you will be pleased to wear for the rest of your life? L3ANN3x Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 ive had a tattoo done before and the person i was going to is a licesend. my other tattoo was done by a pro and he still did it on me when i was 16 and that one is fine. anywhere u go to get a tattoo is a risk.
