mrsv
Before anyone comments, I do already have tattoo's so know the pain involved but I want a toe ring tattoo and can only imagine it will be quite painful due to the boney area. (I'm wanting the toe next to my big toe doing). Ive heard about the local anaesthetic cream some tattoo studios offer and wondered if anyone had tried it and does it really work? Don't know if any studios use/recomend it, but Emla does work and numbs an area completely.

scottsmith
For the sake of 10-15 minutes it would take to get such a small area tattoo'd, I wouldn't worry about it. Besides, wouldn't you feel proud if you went through the pain for something you really want?
rhmp3
I know! I'll end up having it done regardless but if it was an easy option and it works, I'd choose it!
