I was gonna say the same thing; when I had a tattoo on my foot it took weeks for the surface ink to dissappear - it basically had to 'wear off' because it wouldn't wash off fully (and I do wash regularly, I promise ) This was my fifth tattoo and the ink had never stained my skin before, but it was a different tattooist - maybe some just aren't as good as wiping excess off neatly? mdt1975 Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 Sorry i've not updated the thread. been to see my tattooist and he has sorted it. It was to do with the capillaries in my arm and this sometimes does happen.( had to be me lol). My tattoo was not and is still not finished yet but the area where it looked bad has had work done in and around the area so you cant even see the smudge..
