I was just having a discussion with a friend regarding this individual and it was stated that he might have been Lord Mayor of Sheffield around the same time . Any info will be appreciated . I have just tried that . nothing listed for Thomas Taylor 1836 or any yesr close to that . I have also done a search for Lor Mayor , Mayor with no results .
