themadrev Posted February 21, 2007 Share Posted February 21, 2007 Just wanted to plug the Monday night class at Gracie Barra 393 Langsett Road 6.00pm. Ben Poppleton, black belt, is taking the class on a regular basis. All the other guys (John, Paul, Mark) who have been mentioned on the forum are great to train with; but there is something very special about having the chance to train with a black belt in a class situation. Ben is one of only four British black belts and I know there has been debate on here about whether a high grade means you can teach or not; I can assure you Ben is an excellent teacher. So, if you have an interest in any of the grappling arts I would recommend you take this chance to learn and improve...after all that's what we're all looking for? Noel ps. and it's only a fiver!
