New Cask Ales at the Dove and Rainbow

We now have online 3 gorgeous guest ales if you like to partake of ales not normally found in this area,

 

LONE WOLF.....(now on)

Traditional draught beer brewed from a blend of pale ale, crystal and wheat malts, suffused with the aroma and light bitterness from Golding and Fuggles hops. Maddeningly moreish.

 

ROARING MEG (from Friday night)

Roaring Meg ABV 5.5% - available all year round...

The "Big Blonde". Smooth sweet with a dry finish and citrus honey aroma.

The "Big Blonde" is so popular that it has its own fan club at Beer Festivals.

The beer was named after a cannon which had been smelted at a vast furnace in the Forest of Dean, and used by the Parliamentarians to regain Goodrich Castle.

 

QUAD HOP (now on)

Downton Brewery - Quad Hop Ale @ 3.9%

A golden coloured bitter beer full of fruity hop flavours and bitter aromas

 

Plus our usual FLOWERS IPA,very drinkable session ale, WYCHWOOD HOBGOBLIN, one of the darkest and most delicious ales ever created, BLACK SHEEP ALE, a classic in its own right, CAMERONS STRONGARM, a real fruity golden ale that really has a full taste and flavour of Old England....
