Chipper Posted February 25, 2007 Share Posted February 25, 2007 Was anyone at hotpants at the city hall last night? there was this tall bloke wearing a white cowboy hat and a fake yo-sammety-sam type moustache. He was an absolute star! you know when you meet someone and you have a really good night, well he never stopped dancing and making people laugh.
