EdnaKrabappe Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 Overly predictable this week, the album that I've been driving to work to all last week and most of this week has been Favourite Worst Nightmare Arctics. 505 is the standout track for me, an eighteen year old Alex couldn't have written that. As opposed to fancing girls in bars and being too tongue tied to speak, he's got them in hotel rooms waiting for him with their hands between their thighs. In fact I think all the songs show their development as players, the drumming is superb. My initial second favourite was Teddy Picker but I'm growing very much to like Old Yellow Bricks. I await the lyrics 'you're about as easy a nuclear war' to be used on the next album.
