Dave650
Last 3 MP3s I had on at home were: Embarrassment by Madness, Livin' on a Prayer by Bon Jovi and Mandy by Barry Manilow. Fan of 80s cheese? Oh yes! (Nods like the Churchills dog) Embarrassment's an absolute tune, call cheese again and it's a slap worthy offence. I'm listening to Hard fi. Longcol
Eno / Cale "Wrong Way Up" - happy memories from the hot summer of 1990 pushing our baby in his pram over the Bole Hills in the evening and me with the walkman. Two of the finest "leftfield" musicians of their generation(s) making an intelligent pop album - great arrangements, witty lyrics - and apparently a big falling out - avant guard handbags at ten paces And whilst on the subject of said Welshman, John Cale's reading of "Hallelujah" tops the lot.
