goldenfleece Posted September 1, 2004 Share Posted September 1, 2004 Slightly off topic but does anyone know of any "alternative" or long hair friendly pubs just across the border in Derbyshire, out Hathersage, Edale direction? Used to drink in the Ramblers at Edale about 10 years ago when it was biker pub...went on that folk train thing the other night and its all a bit less rock orientated, although the excellant TREEBEARD band were performing live in the beer garden which was good. Any biker or rock/metal biased pubs in this part of Derbyshire that anyone knows of? Good to get out of Sheffield sometimes when someone else can drive and I can just get nicely plastered and not get glared at by chavs who dont like long haired men in their locals!
