PopT Posted March 26, 2007 Share Posted March 26, 2007 Does anyone remember the handicapped lad who used to sit on a trolley outside the Ritz picture house at Parson Cross. He was always having a laugh and a joke with everyone. I often wondered who he was and where he lived. With all his misfortune he always seemed happy. Happy Days!
