I will start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals such as losing weight, improving posture or simply getting fitter. This gives an agreed starting point and also a benchmark against which we can measure your progress.

Your training programme is changed regularly for variety and to allow for continued progression.Having a regularly scheduled appointment is great for maintaining your motivation. You will be taking part in a structured and realistic program designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum of time.

The emphasis is on making exercise fun so that you have the motivation to meet and exceed your goals.

The variety of activities is almost endless and can be conducted at home, in the gym or at your place of work.

A typical programme will generally combine Aerobic (CV), Resistance (weights) and Flexibility.
