I tried searching but none seem to happen on Thur (apart from Buddhist centre and they are courses and i missed the start date) Also, any ideas on the difference between the different sorts of yoga? Jamie Posted May 5, 2005 Share Posted May 5, 2005 There is a yoga class on Thursday evenings at ponds forge. I wouldn't recommend it though ... as they hold in down in aqua (which is in my opinion wholey unsuitable for a yoga class ... dirty floor / dusty stale air / bright lights in your eyes / continual buzzing noise from the lights ... the room is also used as a night club).
