Karlos
If you are training is sport that is primarily Anaerobic (say kickboxing) but once a week you take part in an Aerobic excersise (say 5 mile steady jog) can the jogging have a negative impact on the Anaerobic training? Hope that makes sense
Merry_Legs
Not sure, I'd be interested to hear any replies. After doing both for a couple of years, I can definately say running improves your fitness/stamina for kickboxing, especially re sparring.

chefkicker
Any form of cardio wether spinning, circuit training, swimming or running will help your kickboxing. For kickboxing id say running is the king.
