Mantaspook Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 Your brochure mentioned the swimming pool in the hotel, and if I am correct, the word “heated” was used. This heating was somewhat lacking during our visit according to Mr Roberts from Crewe who complained both that the water was cold and that the ice was not strong enough to bear his weight. I really liked this one, especially the increasingly stroppy replies from the beleaguered coach company ( I have today instructed the hotel staff to search the hotel for the fly, and should they locate it, we will, of course be more than happy to forward it on to you.)
