Not to mention bring you out in a rash or send you into shock. Just because something is natural doesn't make it safe. If possible see a herbalist and your doctor before using suplimentary medicines. I try to use herbal remedies whenever I can, oats are particularly good to prevent nervousness and stress and cutting out caffiene can go along way to stopping sweating. (It's great 'cos you get to talk about yourself for a good hour and a half ) You can find one here. Annie Williams is very good. She has successfully treated both my children several times.
