I mean, they work on projects to get as many people onto public transport and zone areas so cars can't go down, then they encourage you top drive into the city centre to park... Why oh why =/ Cos the council are clearly thick as pig **** and don't know what they're doing, a bit like the government down in London really, which is sort of ironic given that we have a Labour council. morocky Posted January 7, 2004 Share Posted January 7, 2004 Not been in the old Minerva for a long time,great times we had in the late 60,s early 70,s it was a unique place to go along with the old Barleycorn were you could see the first ever sightings of cross dressing & gays which was all new then,but what great guys the were we had some good laughs with Doreen , Keith & others. This is now the only part of the entire St Paul’s Place site that is not either vacant or is owned by the Council.
