jaythedon Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 i have just joined Esporta Gym and was looking at the class timetable and saw that they do Ju-Jitsu, i was wondering if anybody has done this there and could tell me what it's like as I have never done it before but always fancied a go. ANVIL Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 i've not done ju jitsu at esporta, but i have done it - it's a well-rounded martial art but i'd have say it will depend on the instructor and the particular type of ju jitsu that they teach, as well as there training methods. give it a go, there's no harm in trying it out.
